We've been using Goodfellas for years. The techs are always courteous and friendly, and take the time to explain things and answer my questions.  The service left us confident that our furnace/AC and water heater are in good condition.  And now they've added electrical services. Carlos and Ricky were unbelievably personable and professional. Did a fantastic job fixing our Frankensteined HVAC setup from 30 years ago. I’m so happy with the results! Goodfellas installed a heat pump & new furnace at my home a couple of days after my AC quit in 103 degree weather. The techs did a great job & worked as quickly & as well as they could They were both respectful & helpful to me in the process, too. I'm loving the cool now & will appreciate the furnace in winter. Goodfella provided responsive helpful guidance by receptionist when I called to have HVAC service scheduled to evaluate system in recently purchased home. Technicians Carlos and Ricky we're at their most professional level I've experienced with any HVAC technicians they were both extremely informative, commutative and very positive and confident in their work and their ethics about  their job, any questions I asked they were professional and quick to answer answer. Carlos and Ricky were quick and ready to start the morning laying out the protective covers for my carpet my wooden stairs everything was done clean neat to start the day. When they finished they left the house like they were never even here. Ricky and Carlos explained the system to me how it ran, why it runthe way it does. To finish the afternoon Carlos explained in great detail the thermostat on how I could run it customize it and operate it daily. Thank you Carlos and Ricky for a job well done the system appears to be operating normal and thank you Goodfellas for your professionalism and your communication from William who also came over 2 days ago and explain to us the new system why and how it is changing the way homes are heated and air conditioned thanks again Goodfellas.

Carlos and Ricky were professional and friendly and were able to get my furnace and a/c upgraded quickly after my 18 year old system failed during some really hot days.  Everything went very smoothly. Will did the paperwork for me to get a rebate from Excel. The office workers were friendly and helpful, too.  Feels so good to finally get it done. GoodFellas was a sunny spot in a day I thought was going to be awful!  When Miguel showed up at my door, he was professional and cheerful and most importantly positive. He got right to work with the cable, he told me everything he was doing, he took pictures of what he found and gave me the price immediately. He also cleaned up everything!! These guys are great. I've been with them for years and never had any problems. They're very accommodating and worked me into their schedule quickly to get my air conditioning diagnosed and ultimately replaced (I'm excited to see how much better the new heat pump performs and saves money on my electric bill!). I had a fantastic experience with Carlos, Isaac, and Ricky from Goodfellas! They came out to repair and clean my AC and knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, they were kind, respectful, and right on time — exactly what you hope for when letting people into your home. What really stood out was their honesty. They didn't try to upsell me or push services I didn't need. They assessed the situation, did the work, and that was that. It's rare to find technicians who genuinely make you feel taken care of rather than taken advantage of. After my AC had major issues  I could spend thousands on a repair or move to a new unit. I chose the new unit after Will provided the options and risks. Carlos and Ricky came out the very next day for the install.   Ive been with this company for 11 years. Professional and very reassuring.
