What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
- Desire to succeed in a commission-based role
